Consultant (Cisco Voice Engineer) needed for Orabase Solutions located in Mckinney, TX. Will provide Cisco voice engineering services for clients located throughout the U.S. Will work with Cisco VOiP and networking. Will specifically use Cisco Unified Communications Call Manager, Cicso Unified Communication Manager Express, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express. Will work with Cisco routers and switches. Will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot level two issues within a company network, including monitoring network performance. Will document network performance, gather data about performance issues, and performance issues. Will coordinate with Cisco vendors to resolve network performance issues.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, Math, Business, or Engineering and 2 years of IT experience, which must include years of experience the skill sets listed. Must be willing to travel and relocate. Minimum salary of $90,938.00.
